The space
The apartment has been recently renovated and features quality materials and a very pleasant decor. It has Kormerling brand windows, which provide optimal insulation. This, combined with double walls and internal insulation, makes the apartment very well insulated and soundproofed. Despite having centralized air conditioning/heating, the apartment maintains a comfortable temperature year-round. It has three exterior windows that provide plenty of natural light, and these overlook a pedestrian street, so there is very little traffic noise. The property is located next to the wonderful Paseo de La O, a pedestrian promenade that runs alongside the famous Guadalquivir River, which will delight guests.
Services and common areas
The apartment has a communal terrace, where medium- to long-term guests can go up to hang their laundry in the sun, as well as enjoy the beautiful views.
Other notable aspects
Tickets purchased after 11:00 PM will incur a €25 surcharge, payable in cash upon arrival. Tickets purchased after midnight will not be accepted.
The cot and high chair must be requested in advance.
