The apartment is located on the famous Calle Castilla, just steps from the Triana Market and its iconic bridge, and a short walk from bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets. It boasts 4-meter-high ceilings, creating a spacious feel. The apartment comprises three bedrooms: one with a double bed, and the other two with two single beds each. The space

The apartment has been recently renovated and features quality materials and a very pleasant decor. It has Kormerling brand windows, which provide optimal insulation. This, combined with double walls and internal insulation, makes the apartment very well insulated and soundproofed. Despite having centralized air conditioning/heating, the apartment maintains a comfortable temperature year-round. It has three exterior windows that provide plenty of natural light, and these overlook a pedestrian street, so there is very little traffic noise. The property is located next to the wonderful Paseo de La O, a pedestrian promenade that runs alongside the famous Guadalquivir River, which will delight guests.

The apartment has a communal terrace, where medium-term guests will have the option of going up to hang their clothes in the sun.

Tickets received after 11:00 p.m. will incur a €25 surcharge, payable in cash upon arrival. Tickets received after midnight will not be accepted.
