Redesigned and updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in a unique regionalist building from 1927 designed by the renowned architect An\u00edbal Gonz\u00e1lez. (Plaza de Espa\u00f1a)
\nBright, with two balconies facing the street and windows in all rooms around a courtyard, it maintains a traditional feel with ceilings of almost 4 meters and colorful decorated floors.
\nWalking to all the best that Seville has to offer.<\/span><\/p>\n

The first bedroom has three tall windows, a 160 x 2m bed, an upholstered headboard, a dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower (130 x 70 cm), a towel warmer, and a separate shower in the toilet. The second bedroom has a 140 x 190 cm bed.<\/p>\n

The kitchen is designed for enjoying a snack and a glass of wine while listening to music in the lounge (Nest mini) or for cooking your favorite dishes. It features a digital oven and an induction hob. All rooms are equipped with steel radiators (Nest thermostat). For summer, there are efficient Samsung air conditioning units and ceiling fans.<\/p>\n
